The Role Logistics:
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Sell Cord, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment process across various regions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of candidates from around the world. You'll work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process for candidates and teams alike. This is a part-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates globally through various platforms, networks, and job boards.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on role-specific qualifications and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across different time zones.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our ATS system.

Provide candidates with regular updates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand global hiring needs and timelines.

Participate in global employer branding initiatives and online job fairs.
Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive:

Experience in a recruiting or administrative role, preferably with global recruitment exposure.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work across multiple time zones.

Familiarity with recruitment software and virtual collaboration tools (Slack, Talentlyft, Click Up, GSuite, etc.).

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work independently, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
