Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Bogota office as part of our recruiting team in Latin America for 1 year on a part time basis (30 hours p/week). You will have access to Mc Kinsey’s skills and knowledge that will set you up for success when you work directly with senior leadership to shape and execute our strategy for Campus talent acquisition. You will work with a team of experienced recruiting professionals as well as various stakeholders from different offices of Spanish Latam Region.
Your impact within our firm
You will develop talent management strategies, build trust-based relationships with internal clients and ensure success of new hires. In this role, you will work with internal clients to determine hiring targets as well as develop profiles and specifications.
You will be responsible for the full candidate lifecycle, turning your profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest. You will work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding both efficiently through our robust election process, synthesizing feedback from assessors and threading together a story line to determine the viability of a candidate’s success for our election process whilst providing consistent reporting to leadership on pipelines and progress against your goals.
You will participate in recruiting-related projects to set best practice like performance metrics. You will also work to identify and recommend improvement opportunities, ensure recruiting remains a leadership agenda item and develop the skills and capabilities of other members of the recruiting team.
Your qualifications and skills
University student pursuing a degree in psychology, communications or business administration with expected graduation date in 2026 – willing to work in recruiting in the long term
Good knowledge of recruiting strategies, processes and marketplace trends
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Goal driven with the ability to proactively take initiative
Comfortable working with minimal direction and ambiguity
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and carry them out independently
Ability to quickly build trust-based relationships with senior candidates and colleagues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
