Job Type: Full-time, On-site/Medellin
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering prompt and effective solutions
- Record customer interactions and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
