Do you have a passion for helping people and solving problems? We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agent! Be the first point of contact for our valued customers and ensure they receive the outstanding support they deserve.
Site: MURANO - Calle 40sur # 41-44, Envigado
Shift days: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 9:00 pm (Full Availability)
Start Date: September 25th
What you'll do:
- Connect and assist customers through phone, email, and chat, delivering personalized solutions to every question and concern.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints with efficiency, always aiming to turn problems into positive experiences.
- Process orders, returns, and product information requests, making each interaction smooth and satisfying.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fast and seamless service across all departments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to give expert recommendations and guidance.

Qualifications: 6 months or more of Customer Service/BPO experience. English level B2+ and up.
