Role: Customer Support Associate
Schedule: Availability Monday to friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CT.
Horario: Training de Lunes a Viernes de 08:00am a 5:00pm (primeras 4 a 5 semanas)
Horario: Operaciones puede ser: 7:00am a 4:00pm, 8:00am a 5:00pm, 9:00am a 6:00pm, 10:00am a 7:00pm, 11:00am-8:00pm.
Remuneración: 2.800.000 M

Responsabilities
* Respond to a large volume of support calls and emails from our clients in a timely and
professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain a high rate of isolved client retention by delivering superior customer service
and addressing client inquiries effectively.
* Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
* Appropriately escalate complex issues for clients and participants, following our standard
operating procedures.
* Participate in customer service training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills,
enabling you to deliver exceptional support.
