Job Summary
Sampson ecoshop is Montreal's Soap Bar and eco-friendly store. We are committed to developing and producing home care and body care products that are respectful of animals, people and the environment.
We are currently looking for a cashier retail store for our Mont-Royal Est location. Candidate will be trained to have a good understanding of the products, as well as being committed to providing excellent customer service while positively representing the company's brand mission, and values.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Focus on providing excellent customer service and building brand awareness
• Assist customers with choice of products
• Use teamwork and mutual respect to assist all sales people to provide excellent customer service
• Manage inventory and communicate stock replenishing orders to head office
• Ensure regular store maintenance; cleaning, stocking, and proper display of merchandise
• Stock room organization, Product organization
• Ensure daily store duties, tasks, and responsibilities are fulfilled
• Respond to emails

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in sales, customer service, and/or retail managerial position
• Have college degree or equivalent Bilingual (French and English necessary)
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time
Work days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
