Cashier/Sales Assistant
Job Summary
Sampson ecoshop is Montreal's Soap Bar and eco-friendly store. We are committed to developing and producing home care and body care products that are respectful of animals, people and the environment.
We are currently looking for a cashier retail store for our Mont-Royal Est location. Candidate will be trained to have a good understanding of the products, as well as being committed to providing excellent customer service while positively representing the company's brand mission, and values.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and Duties
- Focus on providing excellent customer service and building brand awareness
- Assist customers with choice of products
- Use teamwork and mutual respect to assist all sales people to provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and communicate stock replenishing orders to head office
- Ensure regular store maintenance; cleaning, stocking, and proper display of merchandise
- Stock room organization, Product organization
- Ensure daily store duties, tasks, and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Respond to emails
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic, motivated and self driven
- Willingness to grow and improve oneself and the company
- Organized
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and good judgment
- Bilingual
- Minimum of one (1) year in sales, customer service, and/or retail managerial position
- Have college degree or equivalent Bilingual (French and English necessary)
- Excellent customer service skills
Work days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Do you live near le Plateau?
- Retail: 2 years (preferred)
- English (required)
- French (required)
