The Ministry of Social Services, Corporate Services in Regina is looking for a person to perform administrative duties for the Regina office which supports various Ministry programs. In this position, you will respond to inquiries from clients, electronically enter and retrieve confidential client data from a variety of databases, and process and distribute mail.
To be successful in this position, you must be focused, efficient and dedicated to working in a team environment. You will have knowledge of general office practices, procedures and protocols and computer database systems.
Typically, the knowledge required for this position is obtained through the completion of an office education program and/or several years’ experience in administration support roles.
