The Property Management within the Ministry of Sask Builds and Procurement is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Facility Service Worker in Saskatoon.
As a member of our service-oriented team, you will complete regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and as required building maintenance. This position:

As a member of our service-oriented team, you will complete regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and as required building maintenance. This position:
- Performs maintenance, cleaning, and grounds-keeping on buildings and grounds;
- Operates and maintains grounds power equipment;
- Assists co-workers with various maintenance repairs;
- Ensures visual life safety equipment is in good operating readiness;
- Performs assigned client requests;
- Reports to facility operator/co-workers any maintenance issues and client concerns; and
- Has the ability to maintain maintenance records in maintenance management software.
To be considered successful for this position, candidates require:
- Working level knowledge of building maintenance and operations;
- Being in good physical condition to perform manual activities (ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders);
- The possession of a valid driver's license; and
- A valid Fireman Boiler Operator Certificate, or the ability to obtain the certificate within the probationary period (twelve (12) months)
