Oversee daily operations of the salon and spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a team of beauty and wellness professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, inventory management, and revenue generation.
