Waterproofing Supervisor and Operations Manager
- Assign Daily Labour work to the overall sites and prepare a weekly program sheet.
- Site Coordination's & Daily Job list preparations
- Handle multiple projects together (1-3 Major projects and upto 6-7 small projects)
- Take measurements from sites
- Send inquiries and prepare quotations to clients
- Follow-up with Quotations sent to the client
- Employee and Client communications are to be handled 24/7
- Meet clients and build a work construction network
- Report for every client meeting on time.
- Manage Workforce and keep track of project progress
- Manage inventory and keep track of material consumed
- Collect Invoices and Payments from clients, whenever necessary
- Monitor and track progress for overall project status both new and ongoing on weekly basis
- Bring in new project and new clients as business to firm (Sales contribution)
- Report Weekly Meetings with the office team every Saturdays.
Pay: BD250.000 - BD275.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Waterproofing: 2 years (Required)
- Malayalam (Required)
- Tamil (Required)
- Hindi (Required)
- English (Required)
- Driving (Required)
- Diploma in Engineering or Operations Management (Required)
- 75% (Required)
