We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Supervisor to join our procurement team and help manage our purchasing operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the purchasing process for all hotel supplies, equipment, and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with various departments to forecast purchasing needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
Supervise and train purchasing staff to enhance their skills and efficiency
Qualifications
Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
