The Deputy Manager is responsible for assisting the Head of Sales & Marketing in the execution of the strategic sales & marketing and branding activities of the company, to facilitate the development of strategies and plans for the business as a whole and measurement of their implementation progress. In this role in support our marketing efforts, assisting in planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
Ensures information flow to and from the Executive office and act on behalf of the Marketing Executive with leadership, employees and key support groups – Finance, and HR
· Assist the Sales Head in creating a brand image consistent with the organizational vision and values · Engage, inspire and galvanize the organization around the brand vision to enhance employee participation in being the brand ambassador in their day-to-day functional activities · Assisting the Marketing Head in execution of marketing initiatives · Ensure smooth and efficient execution of communication strategy to external stakeholders · Assist in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans. · Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social, email, etc.). · Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights. Create and edit compelling marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and advertisements. · Analysis of customer records to identify the regular customer segment, customer needs, attitudes and preferences for different designs / products · Analysis of market, consumer and competitive information to support the Marketing Head in recommending prices for new products as well as managing pricing levels of existing items Constantly study the current and target customer segments and highlight any relevant information to the management including effects on demand, fast moving versus slow moving products / designs, cultural or regional preference for certain designs / products, etc. Academic requirements: · Should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration. Experience Requirements: · Should have at least 3-5years of experience in Sales & Marketing · Experience of working in GCC countries is an advantage. Technical skill requirements · Should have strong written and oral communication skills in addition to the capability to analyse huge customer information to draw meaningful insights into consumer behaviour and preferences · Should be detail oriented and capable of multitasking as well as interacting with multiple stakeholders to develop and update the customer related information available to the management Job Type: Full-time Pay: BD500.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
