Role purpose The Sales Representative will actively seek out and engage customer prospects and provide appropriate products and solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The candidate is also expected to be involved in sales and marketing projects, support in organizing creative campaigns and conduct promotional events in accordance to trends and customer requirements. To be talented and passionate in sales and marketing, thus having an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. Must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote products, services and company image Key accountabilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, warm calling and meetings
Expedite the resolution of customer issues to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve by learning from feedback
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive sales and marketing strategies
Participate in advertising/communication campaigns like social media, exhibitions and promotional events
Collect and communicate feedback from the customers.
Role-specific experience skills, requirements
Proven experience and track record as a Sales Representative (or similar role) in the pharmaceuticals and FMCG fields.
Bahrain driving licence.
Excellent command of English language
Bahrain & GCC experience is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
Excellent communication and people skills
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
BSc/BA degree
