Sales Executive Job Description Caterworld WLL is looking a Sales Executive to represent our company. In this role, the Sales Executive will guide customers from initial greeting to final purchase. The Sales Executive will help strengthen existing customer relationships and convert new clients into repeat customers. The ideal candidate for this role will be approachable, friendly, and have a knack for engaging customers and resolving their concerns. You will be expected to manage sales, oversee inventory levels, communicate with supplier and client, and maintain a smooth overall workflow. Responsibilities:
Building business by identifying and selling prospects
Maintaining relationships with clients
Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Welcoming customers and answering queries confidently
Providing support, information, and guidance to customers
Recommending profit and service improvements
Identifying industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Preparing quotations, purchase orders, tax invoices, proforma invoices, and MRNs using
Focus software
Managing stock/inventory/sample issuance on a daily basis
Maintain in-store presentation
Regularly communicating with suppliers, customers, and warehouse staff
Required Skills:
Bachelor or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
Experience in hospitality field is a plus
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Solid communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to perform independently under pressure
Ability to address complaints in a timely manner
Professional appearance
Friendly and energetic personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
Basic Math skills
