The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting and selling porcelain tableware products to hotels, restaurants, and other clients in the hospitality segment. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be expected to maintain and track customer orders, place factory orders, maintain and manage stock levels, and maintain client accounts. You will be expected to handle daily inquiries via email and Whats App, prepare quotations, sales orders, tax invoices, and proforma invoices in coordination with warehouse team, accounts, and suppliers using Focus software and email. The Sales Coordinator also needs to input new shipments and distribute new stock according to customer orders for which they will manage deliveries. Additional responsibilities include:
Managing stock/inventory/sample issuance on a daily basis
Maintain in-store presentation
Required Skills:
Bachelor or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
Experience in hospitality field is a plus
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Solid communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to perform independently under pressure
Ability to address complaints in a timely manner

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
