Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the F&B Director on strategic planning, budgeting, and operational improvements to drive profitability. Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and control costs effectively. Assist in menu development, promotions, and events to enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements: Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role within a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage staff. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple outlets. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, inventory management, and cost control. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
