We are currently seeking an experience senior executive to initiate operations of a legal department. The ideal candidate will have experience setting overall strategies, policies, procedures, managing a budget, leading a team and managing the daily operation of the department. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work as well as on boarding and hiring new team members. Responsibilities:
Setting the strategy and organisation's long term vision
Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
Overseeing the budget
Manage operations and finances of business
Manage the business development of the business
Recruit and train new hires on business practices
Drive development and growth of organisation
Ensure quality of internal process and external representation
Establish the strategies, policies, procedures and ensure systematic approaches are in place.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelors in Business Management or relevant qualification
Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
Preferably experienced in managing legal or consultancy teams
Strong administrative & leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to lead
Comfort working with budgets, business development, revenue and forecasting
