General Manager
We are currently seeking an experience senior executive to initiate operations of a Consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will have experience setting overall strategies, policies, procedures, managing a budget, leading a team and managing the daily operation of the department. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work as well as on boarding and hiring new team members.

- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Overseeing the budget
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Manage the business development of the business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development and growth of organisation
- Ensure quality of internal process and external representation
- Establish the strategies, policies, procedures and ensure systematic approaches are in place.
- Minimum of a Bachelors in Business Management or relevant qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
- Preferably experienced in managing consultancy teams
- Strong administrative & leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, business development, revenue and forecasting
- Strong communications skills

- Bachelor's (Required)
