We are seeking a skilled Senior Technology Support Officer with 5-10 years of experience to lead our IT support operations. The candidate will oversee the management of IT systems, provide advanced support for software and hardware applications, and ensure the security and reliability of the network infrastructure. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage Windows Server 2008/2012 environments, including advanced server and OS administration.
Administer and troubleshoot enterprise applications and Microsoft Office 365 systems.
Lead network administration tasks, including configuring routers, firewalls, and network switches.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal employees.
Conduct regular IT audits, security checks, and optimization reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
5-10 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related role.
Strong expertise in Windows Server management, network infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
