We are seeking a skilled Lead Technology Support Officer with 10-15 years of experience to oversee and manage all IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of IT systems, leading a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the highest level of IT support and security. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the administration of Windows Server 2008/2012, including comprehensive server and OS management.
Provide expert-level support for enterprise applications and Microsoft Office 365 systems.
Direct network configuration and management tasks, including routers, firewalls, switches, and security protocols.
Develop and implement strategic IT initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Oversee IT staff development, training programs, and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal employees.
Conduct comprehensive IT audits, risk assessments, and infrastructure optimizations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
10-15 years of experience in IT support, network management, or a related senior role.
Demonstrated expertise in Windows Server, network infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity.
Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
