First Level Support Analyst (FLSA). To receive and log calls at the work site Following up users’ tickets in the system Analyze issues Resolve minor problems over the telephone. Provide on-site technical support covering for: o MS Windows O365 / office 2016, Win 10, and all MS Office which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Exchange Outlook and * MS Project. Virus scanners o Scanning software/ hardware o Printing and photocopier related issues o Basic Network issues. Maintain the new and existing PC’s Desktops and assists in configuring and installing new desktops. Assisting the users for solving small software related issues. Following up with users to ensure the problem is resolved. Installing and configuring hardware and software. Providing timely and accurate user feedback. Configuring Email clients and fixing email related issues for the users. Track reported problems and associated solutions Reloading the operating system and application. Follow-up with hardware suppliers for warranty support Co-ordinates with IT team for new roll outs Escalates administration issues to IT Systems Manager Maintains up to date manuals and utility software Maintains image CDs and updates of critical departments as per our IT standards Record of daily data communication problems and remedial action taken Investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support. Fulfill a periodic checklist to ensure the continuity of operations Follow-up daily cases and ensure that the required actions are taken Escalate priority issues to the second level support as appropriate Track second level support movements and call assignments Job Type: Full-time Pay: From BD350.000 per month Application Deadline: 13/09/2024
