We are seeking a skilled Technology Support Officer with 2-5 years of experience to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support services, ensuring efficient and secure operations of software and hardware applications, and assisting with network administration. Responsibilities:
Manage Windows Server 2008/2012 environments, including server and OS administration.
Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 and Office 2013 applications for both system and user sides.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise applications and network elements.
Perform intermediate network administration, including supporting routers, firewalls, and network switches.
Assist with configuring and managing the Windows domain environment, and enforce user and security policies.
Conduct on-the-job training and knowledge transfer to internal employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Windows Server management, MS Office 365, and basic networking.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
