Seek out and select other hotel partners to attain the best possible and competitive rates To be responsible for ensuring the sales team achieve targeted sales on a monthly basis To plan and implement marketing plans in conjunction with the Director of Sales To identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele and to sell memberships to them To prepare weekly membership figures for analysis and a monthly report on all accounts of membership status, renewals, attrition, new and potential signings To be responsible for the organisation and implementation of the annual plan for the Membership Department To be responsible for marketing, advertising and departmental costs to ensure that these are kept within budget, and in line with agreed brand strategy To look strategically at other depts Produce reports and recommendations on sales strategies for senior management Job Type: Full-time Pay: BD1,000.000 - BD1,001.000 per month
