As leaders, sales supervisor are generally responsible for identifying where training is needed and providing it, mentoring sales reps, and assigning sales territories. Their role also includes creating sales plans and analyzing data in order to make informed decisions. Responsibilities:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Must Have: relevant experience of 5 years and above in B2B and trading with retails supermarkets and hypermarkets experience.
