Sales Executive - Modern Trade (FMCG) - Arla division
1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for food products in modern trade outlets. 2. Identify and Acquire New Business Clients: Prospect and build relationships with new business customers, including supermarkets, grocery chains, and other retail outlets. 3. Manage Client Relationships:Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups and personalized service. 4. Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and product promotion. 5. Negotiate Sales Agreements: Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions that benefit the company and the customer. 6. Monitor Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions. 7. Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive awareness and sales of food products. 8. Provide Product Training: Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance sales opportunities. 9. Manage Inventory and Supply Chain: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal inventory levels for clients. 10. Attend Trade Shows and Networking Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads. Job Specification: 1.
