Venue and Functions Co-Ordinator We are seeking an experienced person in the field of Weddings, Corporate and Special Occasions Functon Co-ordinating. The position is for full time and is located in the Southern Highlands of NSW and ideally the successful candidate will live in the Southern Highlands of NSW. The requirements of this job will be to organize the running of the overall venue and specific functions. This will entail supervision and some hands on work for set ups and shut down of the venue for specific events like weddings, or conferences etc. The organizing of rosters and staffing and the general running of the venue, ordering of alcohol and some food items as required. Ordering of linen and any other requirements. Meetings with the Brides or Function organizers to discuss details for their functions etc. Own transport will be required and availability for week-ends and midweek as the business at hand requires from week to week. This is a position that will require a dedicated and interested person who understands hospitality and all its nuiances. The successful candidate will need to be organized and have an eye for detail.
