About the role: Connecting Talent and Opportunity
As our Talent Partner, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of vacancies and support hiring managers with talent pools and filling current vacancies.You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand support the hiring process, and ensure we have the right people to drive our business forward. Your tasks will include:
1.Vacancy Management: manage a portfolio of roles across BCE Corporate Office and support hiring mangers with enquiries to progress candidates through the talent hiring journey including internal and external appointments.
2. Contract preparation: manage the candidate applications and support hiring managers with the contract preparation.
3. Talent Pools and Compliance: Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants across multiple industries.
4. Brand Awareness: Support initiatives to promote BCE as an employer of choice.
5. Support safeguarding and pre employment checks including reference checks, police checks and blue card checks.
6. Candidate engagement: follow-up with candidates and support with unsuccessful emails.
About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate
- Highly administrative based management of vacancies.
- Experience in recruitment, talent management across the employee lifecycle.
- Candidate Management: Proficiency in spreadsheets and candidate management systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- People-Centric: You genuinely care about people and their impact on education.
- Adaptability: to respond to the changing needs and a sense of urgency to respond to hiring mangers in a timely manner.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
