The Role:
We currently have a part-time position available for a Storage Consultant to join our team based in Springwood. Storage Consultants are key to supporting the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.
Our Storage Consultants are involved with several aspects of our operation, including customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for professional growth across each of these areas.
Working hours:
28 hours per week
Saturdays are required
We are open:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 8am - 2pm
Some flexibility will be required for this role
What you will need:
Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role training is provided.
Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction
Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks
Goal orientated and results driven
Written and verbal communication skills
Physically fit
Drivers license
