SAGE Automation are currently seeking applications from an experienced Service Manager to join our team in the Northern Territory. As the state Service Manager for the Northern Territory at SAGE Automation, you will play a pivotal role in driving our service business forward. Reporting directly to the state General Manager, you will lead our Service Teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives within the automation industry. Your responsibilities will include ensuring service excellence, fostering innovation, and maintaining industry best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement growth strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Oversee efficient planning and execution of service operations.
Manage budgets and expenditures, including marketing efforts and business development.
Mentor and train team members to uphold technical excellence and professionalism.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Electrical, Instrumentation, Control or Automation industry (EICA).
Demonstrated leadership in managing EICA teams.
Current Electrical licence or Degree in Engineering.
Successful candidates will ideally have a Leadership qualification combined with experience in budget management and customer relationship management. Why SAGE Group?
