THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting 12-month Max term opportunity available for a Mailroom Associate at our client site in Sydney CBD – near Martin Place. This role requires the ability to provide an efficient service delivery based in a customer site, while ensuring efficiency, cost consciousness and excellent customer service.
We are looking for a quick learner with exceptional customer service skills & communication skills.
Please note – this is a 100% onsite role, based in Sydney CBD.
Key Responsibilities

Daily mail and courier management – inbound and outbound including collection and delivery of all mail items
Use of established processes and systems
Delivering a great service and building strong relationship with customers and colleagues
Completing all customer work to organisation & client quality standards
Customer requests are completed within established timeframes per customer requirements
Daily record keeping functions are completed and information is maintained and reported using appropriate reporting systems
Provide and receive support and cross-training within the team

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication & customer service skills
Experience in a Mail Room environment
Strong computer literacy including MS Office is essential
Ability to work with as part of a team and a changing work environments
Knowledge of Mail & Courier systems and processes will be desirable
General understanding of mail; incoming & outgoing, and couriers & registered parcels
