We are looking for a Rostering Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a diverse role and predominantly office based/work from home 2- 3 days per week with opportunity to become full-time in near future.
Key responsibilities include:

• General administrative duties
• Rostering and scheduling of staff to suit client needs
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Available to be on-call outside of regular working hours
• End-to-end recruitment of care staff

The successful candidate must have:

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Flexible with working days/hours
