Project Support Officer, Ongoing, Sydney This role is a salary Grade 5/6 with the base salary for this role starting at $93,295 - $102,941 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience. About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Support Officer. As the Project Support Officer, is responsible for providing support services that facilitate the Investor Assurance function, including collation of information, office administrative tasks, diary management, meeting scheduling, development of external newsletters, and facilitates the timely payment of invoices associated with assurance reviews. Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:
Provide executive secretarial, administrative and other support services such as diary management, telephone, meeting support and coordination, expense processing, travel co-ordination document management and other services as required to support the Executive Directors and the delivery of Investor Assurance objectives.
Respond to general requests and queries; collect and collate information; prepare reports containing sensitive information on business unit performance; organise and schedule appointments; plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Prepare an external monthly newsletter on the investor assurance activities.
Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues and practices to ensure consistency with the Infrastructure Investor Assurance Framework.
About You We are seeking an individual to manage multiple competing priorities from multiple stakeholders to deliver results in line with agreed standards and objectives, given tight deadlines and competing demands.
