Product Analyst

We are currently seeking a Product Analyst's to play a crucial role in supporting the creation and evolution of Greenstone's innovative technology products that drive business growth and enhance user experiences. This role involves in-depth business analysis, facilitation, documentation, and collaboration to ensure products meet user needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a passion for detailed analysis and learning all aspects of a product. This role requires a unique blend of domain knowledge building, technical understanding, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills to successfully navigate complex challenges and contribute to products that exceed expectations.

As a Product Analyst, you will be a key advisor in a delivery team, playing a crucial role in shaping our technological future, enhance user experience and driving sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.
What are we looking for?

Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven experience within a similar position, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Communication : Excellent communication skills to articulate product requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Business Analysis Skills : Proficient in eliciting and documenting requirements, evaluating business objectives, and recommending process improvements

Desirable:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Agile: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
User Story Writing : Proficiency in creating detailed user stories
Product Knowledge : Deep understanding of product operational and performance metrics.
Technology and Application Knowledge : Familiarity with relevant technologies and applications to inform product development.
Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Acumen : Ability to discover and solve problems using data-driven decision-making principles.
Data Analysis : Experience in using data analysis and reporting to drive product decisions.
Industry and Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the Direct Insurance industry and domain-specific challenges.
User and Customer Knowledge : Keen insight into user and customer needs to drive user-centric product decisions
