About the role In addition to managing and controlling major incidents, this role is pivotal in establishing a systematic and proactive approach to problem management across the organisation. The role will proactively monitor and maintain awareness of current and emerging business priorities that could impact service reliability. Furthermore, staying informed about technology trends, legislative changes, and organisational shifts will be essential to ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. About You We’re seeking an experienced professional to lead our problem and major incident functions. Your capability in leading cross-functional teams will ensure major incidents are handled efficiently and effectively, minimising disruption to business operations and supporting activities to reduce repeat occurrences. You’ll share your expertise with our team and the wider Systems Group to uplift the problem management function. Dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, you will have advanced communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer service. You will be analytical, organised, and have previous experience in coaching, mentoring, supervision and directing staff to deliver on business outcomes.
