Our Cyber Security team is helping to build a secure digital society to keep our economy and businesses protected from cyber security threats. We work with business leaders to solve their most complex problems and collaborate with them to improve their cyber resilience. Committed to technical excellence as a team, we have fortnightly team CTF exercises, frequent knowledge sharing, opportunities for cross engagements with our DFIR and Cloud Architect team, regular threat intelligence briefings, attending industry conferences as a team, ongoing training, and development via our Cyber Academy and external paid certifications. We're looking for Lead Penetration Testers to join the team who will be on the tools providing the latest and greatest attack techniques and helping junior testers understand the nuances of each client's systems. Use the know-how you've gained in Cyber Security. With new problems to solve, you’ll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you lead key engagements in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.
As an expert in offensive security you’ll solve problems by working with some of Australia’s largest companies from various industries to identify and solve evolving cyber security challenges. In this role, you’ll also:
Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of applications, systems, and networks
Perform Red Teaming and/or Purple teaming activities, including vulnerability management
Develop internal tools and procedures to contribute to the team’s knowledge base;
Provide pragmatic recommendations on the identified risks
Deliver both management and detailed technical reporting of observations, along with assisting presentations to both technical and business stakeholders
Coach and mentor junior Penetration Testers
Lead the day-to-day penetration testing delivery activities, including client and internal communication management, as well as technical quality control
