Take hold of a monster opportunity and join our Product team as a Manager, Insurance. This role is for an initial 12-month project funded secondment with a possible extension.

As a Manager, Insurance, you’ll lead a team that is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the insurance product suite, across all Public Offer insurance products, to meet members’ and employers’ current and future needs and to position Australian Retirement Trust for ongoing growth and market leadership.
Day to day, you'll:
Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring to support the team in working with technical insurance issues and initiatives.
Oversee and co-ordinate activities and responsibilities for the Super Savings insurance product team.
Monitor and analyse market trends, legislative and regulatory change, competitor activity, insurance data and related insurance product reporting, customer service reporting and insurer reporting to ensure the continual improvement of the insurance design and development.
About you You're a strategic leader with exceptional people skills. You have a knack for interpreting legal documents and analysing complex data which help you make informed decisions that drive product development and implementation. Your expertise in business and product planning, combined with top-notch communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, will make you a perfect fit for our team!
You have plenty experience in an insurance product role or a related discipline.
You're able to build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
You have experience in business-, modelling- and pricing analysis.
You're adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality insurance solutions.
