Variety of Tasks: No two days are the same! As our Handyman, you'll tackle a range of maintenance and repair projects.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs for our managed properties.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of work completed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of repair techniques, tools, and building codes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $23.81 – $45.17 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
