ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this permanent role, you will assist the National Account Manager with a variety of sales administrative initiatives and engage with key clients, like Big W. This position offers diverse responsibilities and the chance to significantly impact our sales operations while developing your skills in customer development under the guidance of the National Account Manager. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Data analysis and internal processing: Maintain and update customer databases and CRM Systems, analyse sales data, process customer claims, and manage inventory records.
Support in Customer Engagement: Prepare comprehensive materials and data for collaboration meetings to facilitate productive discussions with key stakeholders, such as Woolworths and Coles
Key Account Management (KAM) for Big W: Manage the relationship with Big W, driving joint business planning and developing growth strategies.
Promotional Activities: Load promotional data onto digital platforms, verify and resolve discrepancies, manage activity reports, and collaborate with internal teams for successful promotional execution
Communication & Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with Grocery partners
About you You are a proactive and results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and client relationship management. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills enable you to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Additionally, you are tech-savvy and possess a strong desire to learn and grow.
Ideally you will have:
1-2 years of experience in sales/ sales administration, customer claims management, promotional activities, and key account management.
Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, SKULibrary, and Quantium
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
