Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join a growing team at Pepi’s boutique Italian catering on a full time basis.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Inventory Management

Receipt and dispatch of inventory held at HQ
Checking goods received against invoice and packing away
Conduct regular stock audits
Understand requirements for every event and create an individual digital check list (e.g. requirements for food, beverages and dry hires)
Locate and pick goods as per the check list for each event

Logistics coordination (Events):

Coordinate logistics of equipment, supplies and materials from HQ to event locations
Ensure the van is presentable prior to events (clean / fuel toped up)
Ensure van is unpacked and cleaned thoroughly after every event
Establish the best route to reaching the location and ensuring directions for parking the van are followed.

Supplier and Client Communication:

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Liaise with venues to confirm the event bump in / bump out requirements

Requirements & Attributes:

Knowledge of inventory management
Valid drivers licence
Minimum Two year’s experience in a similar role
Computer proficient
Experience working with food and beverage
