About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Transport and Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Crown Equipment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of parts distribution, ensuring timely transportation, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Requirements Responsibilities & Duties
Coordinate transportation of parts to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts are maintained.
Manage inbound and outbound shipping documentation and processes.
Develop and maintain effective communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Identify areas for improvement in inventory management and logistics processes.
Conduct regular audits of inventory and report discrepancies as needed.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in transport coordination or inventory management.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
