Benefit from the support of our dedicated customer service team, available seven days a week with extended hours Monday to Friday. We handle the invoicing and administrative duties, allowing you to focus on what you do best: solving tech problems. This is a commission-based role, with earnings averaging around $75 per hour based on job volume and completion.
About You
We are looking for talented IT support technicians with:

A strong passion for technology and experience in setting up, fixing, and providing ongoing support for devices such as laptops, smartphones, printers, and Wi-Fi routers.
A desire for flexible working arrangements, allowing you to choose your hours and days.
Experience in providing on-site tech support in homes or office environments or currently studying in a tech-related field (no degree required).
Excellent customer service and communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly and without jargon.
Your own vehicle and driver's license, as well as your own toolkit, troubleshooting equipment, and parts inventory.
An Australian Business Number (ABN) and the ability to issue invoices electronically in PDF format.
A location anywhere in Brisbane and surrounding areas – urban or regional – since everyone needs tech support occasionally!
