We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This is an onsite role, perfect for a highly skilled individual with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager, Security, Entra, and Exchange administration. Pay: $87,052.27 – $125,000.00 per year

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This is an onsite role, perfect for a highly skilled individual with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager, Security, Entra, and Exchange administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
- Expertly manage Endpoint Manager to ensure secure and seamless device management.
- Administer Entra (formerly Azure AD) and ensure proper identity and access management.
- Handle Exchange administration, including mail flow, security policies, and troubleshooting.
- Lead security initiatives to strengthen our IT infrastructure and improve compliance.
- Proven experience with Airtable, Zapier, Fortinet, RMM, Patching, and Word Press will be highly regarded.
- MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
