We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Host to join our team on a part-time basis.
Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD), Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. As Sydney's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces. The hotel offers more than 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms.
About Zephyr Sky Bar:
Perched on Level 12 of Hyatt Regency Sydney, Zephyr is a luxury sky bar with unrivalled views of Sydney’s Darling Harbour. Specialising in signature cocktails and holding one of Sydney’s most extensive spirit lists, Zephyr Sky Bar is proud to be Sydney’s favourite rooftop bars, awarded Hotel Bar of the Year in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
As a Host, you will assist the management team with the daily operations of the venue. As the face of Zephyr Bar, you will delight our guests with your bubbly and friendly personality. With a passion for people and hospitality, you will create lasting impressions with our guests and customers. To succeed in this role, you will hold strong adaptability skills and be able to think quickly in our outdoor venue.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
- Previous experience as a Host in a bar/restaurant environment
- Strong problem solving and adaptability skills
- A passion for people and providing exceptional service
- A friendly demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills
- The skills to anticipate guests needs through observation
- Valid Australian working rights
- Availability to work a 7 day, rotating roster with late night finishes
- A valid NSW RSA
