Primary objective
The objective of the position is to assist the NTP Fleet Manager with the management and processing of NTPFES Fleet
activities including acquisition, disposal and administrative functions including fuel card management and vehicle
registrations.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of the vehicle replacement programme utilising reports generated from the Vehicle
Management System.
2. Responsible for the management of the disposal of NTPFES vehicles and equipment at auction and associated financial
reporting.
3. Responsible for the registration of all NTPFES vehicles on a common expiry date
4. Processing of NTG Credit Card payment to vendors
5. Responsible for the management of fuel cards for the NTPFES Fleet
6. Assist the Fleet Manager to provide advice to user sections on vehicle replacement options by obtaining quotes and
other relevant information.
7. Oversee the day to day running of the NTPFES Fleet Office.
Selection criteria
Essential
1. Ability to use MOVERS system to process NT Vehicle registrations.
2. Experience in processing large volumes of data entry related to invoicing and purchasing of new vehicles.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of customers at all levels.
