THE ROLE As the Fleet Procurement Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global frameworks, policies, processes, and standards for the Fleet Procurement teams for APAC. You will take ownership of the successful execution of the company's Fleet Procurement Strategy. Within the Corporate Finance organisation, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including Revenue, Operations, Regional Fleet Procurement, RV Sales, and Fleet Financing, to ensure seamless alignment of strategy and execution across the business. Your work will be pivotal in driving the company's business objectives and ensuring the end-to-end integration of our Fleet Procurement efforts. This position will be based in our Sydney Office, and you will report to the Fleet Procurement Director.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Establish and implement global frameworks, policies, processes, and standards for Fleet Procurement across multiple regions and stakeholders;
Lead and oversee the seamless transition from strategy to execution of the company's Fleet Procurement Strategy, ensuring full alignment with business objectives;
Define and standardise global reporting and Fleet Procurement process structures;
Partner with key stakeholders across Revenue, Operations, RV Sales, Fleet Financing, and more to ensure cohesive strategy and execution of Fleet;
Proactively identify and drive new fleet product opportunities, working closely with senior management to ensure the long-term success and growth of the Fleet division.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar;
Experience of 2+ years in automotive procurement, ideally in the automotive industry, or 4+ years in procurement or consulting;
Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and departments to design, implement, and optimise processes that enhance efficiency and alignment;
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, with a focus on process improvement and the ability to deliver results on time and within scope;
Strong analytical abilities to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions that improve overall performance;
Natural commercial mindset, with exceptional great communication and emotional intelligence skills.
