Who are we seeking?
An experienced and operationally focused Executive Housekeeper who is committed to excellence and exceeding guest expectations in relation to cleanliness. You will have strong communication, conflict relocation and are a compassionate and patient leader.

Key Duties
This role will see you ensure that the housekeeping department provides the hotel with clean, well-maintained accommodation and public areas that meet company standards through the provision of professional, timely and quality services in line with budgetary requirements.

A snapshot of your new role:

• 2 Hotels including the 5 Star Luxury, Sails in the Desert Hotel (228 Rooms) and the 3 Star Budget Style Accommodation, The Lost Camel (100 Rooms), Two Pools and 1 Luxury Day Spa
• Leading a large-scale housekeeping and public area team of 47 FTE across the two properties.
• Train, mentor and support NITA Trainees while on the job to complete their certificate.
• Oversee regular maintenance projects e.g., regular spring cleaning, mattress rotation, carpet shampooing and grout cleaning.
• Maintain daily cost control ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximised by achieving good productivity.
