Executive Housekeeper to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are searching for an experienced housekeeping professional who has strong communication & conflict resolution skills and understanding of business operations. This role will see you ensure that the housekeeping department provides the hotel with clean, well maintained accommodation and public areas that meet company standards through the provision of professional, timely and quality services in line with budgetary requirements.
Key Duties
- Provide effective staff management to the Housekeeping and Public Area Teams to ensure daily operational requirements and financial budgets are met through effective allocations of work for staff
- Ensure the presentation standards of rooms and facilities are maintained to the expected high standard
- Maintain daily cost control ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximised by achieving good productivity
- Oversee regular maintenance projects e.g., regular spring cleaning, mattress rotation, carpet shampooing etc.
