Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Learning & Development Assistant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are looking for a confident leader who possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong skills in stakeholder management, and the ability to build relationships. This individual should have experience in internal training and coordinating with external stakeholders, while also being forward-thinking with a focus on budget management.

This role will see you assist the General Manager of People & Culture in the effective management, organisation, and delivery of Resort wide training, learning and development. Creation of new employee Orientation program including relevant administration conducted internally and by external providers.

Your key duties will include:

• Work closely with the General Manager of People & Culture to refine, develop and implement Learning and Development Strategies at Ayers Rock Resort
• Preparation and delivery of various programs across the resort in Hospitality, Work Health & Safety compliance, and Hotel operations to meet industry standards and employee needs and aspirations
• Management of the learning management system, ensuring up to date and accurate.
