Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sheet Metal Workers. No prior experience is required, as full training onsite will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn a trade and build a career in duct fabrication and sheet metal work.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal ducts for HVAC systems
Learn to measure, cut, and shape sheet metal to meet project specifications
Use hand tools and machinery under supervision
Work from technical drawings with guidance from experienced team members
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills in sheet metal work
Perform quality control checks on finished products under supervision
Collaborate with team members and assist with daily tasks as needed

Requirements:

No previous experience required – training will be provided
Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic math and measurement skills are a plus
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Commitment to safety and proper use of tools and equipment
