Primary objective
1. Support the Land Titles Office (LTO) with the delivery of the e Conveyancing project.
2. Analyse business needs and determine the project requirements and developing work schedules within the LTO.
3. Collaborating with the project team to identify and solution technical problems.
4. Provide technical support and training for the LTO e Conveyancing team and key stakeholders.
5. Testing business requirements including supporting the development of an automated regression test suite.
6. Conduct Joint Integration testing and Production Support testing in collaboration with key Stakeholders and vendors, including
supporting releases to production.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Developing business specification and project plans for LTO e Conveyancing projects and ensure all Document Definitions and
Interface Specifications are in line with National Electronic Data Standard.
2. Research, analyse, develop options, and make recommendations regarding business rules, procedures, and technical matters
to support the practices and procedures changes necessary in the Land Titles Office for the e Conveyancing project.
3. Analyse and determine e Conveyancing and LTO Operations business needs and develop practical advice on business solutions
and strategies for e Conveyancing and LTO Operations business to meet business needs and challenges.
4. Analysing detailed business requirements, develop and review test strategies and test scenarios for user acceptance ensuring
quality and coverage of the project deliverables, business rules and specifications.
5. Develop and implement business specification and other business process improvement initiatives as required, review
feasibility and advise on their suitability.
6. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
7. Liaising with management, team members, internal staff, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to
standard.
8. Managing work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Selection criteria
Essential
1. Demonstrated experience in developing business test scenarios for user acceptance testing, test reporting and defect
management.
2. Demonstrated experience in meeting tight project deadlines and conflicting priorities.
3. Demonstrated experience in performing and administering test scripts for unit testing and user acceptance testing using testing
application.
4. High level of technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
5. Stakeholder management experience - strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and
can engage across the business and IT.
Desirable
1. Knowledge of electronic conveyancing services, National Electronic Data Standard, National Electronic Conveyancing
Framework, NT LTO Titling transactions and the conveyancing industry.
